Warranties and Representations. War Works Industries Corp warrants and represents to Authorized Dealer and any purchaser that the Products and Equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment. This is the only warranty or representation, and the sole basis for liability respecting quality, performance, defects, repair, delivery and replacement of the merchandise. Should one of War Works Industries Corp products fail due to a defect in material or workmanship, War Works will assist the Authorized Dealer in contacting the appropriate manufacturer to facilitate a solution.
